Calon Bintang Masa Depan Liverpool, Jordan Henderson


Gelandang Liverpool Lucas Leiva memberi dukungan pada rekan setimnya, gelandang muda yang awal musim ini didatangkan dari Sunderland, Jordan Henderson.
Menurut Lucas, pemain timnas Inggris U-21 itu harus diberi waktu untuk beradaptasi di Anfield karena ia memiliki harapan tinggi setelah ditransfer dengan banderol cukup mahal dari The Black Cats.
Menurut Lucas, apa yang dialami Henderson mirip dengan pengalamannya tahun 2007 lalu ketika ia pertama kali pindah ke Inggris dan gabung Liverpool dari klub Gremio dengan tranfser senilai 5 juta pound.
Meski sempat sulit beradaptasi di Inggris, tapi Lucas mampu bangkit dan menunjukkan ia mampu menjadi gelandang sentral yang menggantikan nama-nama besar seperti Xabi Alonso dan Javier Mascherano.
“Saya tak menyalahkan pemain muda karena saya pernah berada dalam posisi itu dalam beberapa tahun,” kata Lucas seperti dilansir Daily Star.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
• Extensive training and experience in coatings & coatings inspection, application methods & testing.
• Previous training as a NACE coatings inspector is helpful.
• Knowledge of surface preparation methods & other requirements for obtaining desired performance from coatings.
• Seven (7) years experience in coatings & coatings inspection.
• Overseas pipeline experience is helpful.
• Competent in PC skills relative to Microsoft Word, Excel, and e-mail systems.
6. CIVIL INSPECTOR (CP-06)
RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
• Oversee civil/structural related construction activities (excavation, paving, etc.) performed by the Contractor or sub-contractors in assigned coverage area.
• Read and understand project design drawings and documents in order to obtain specific knowledge of project work scope.
• Ensure that all civil/structural related activities are performed safely and in compliance with project specifications, Company standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure that all required civil/structural related inspections are performed properly.
• Maintain daily log of activities.
• Facilitate communication of civil related project execution issues the Project Team.
• Communicate with the Contractor and sub-contractors to ensure that the work is executed in accordance with project specifications, Company standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and assess deviations to Contract Technical Specifications and regulatory requirements; ensure that such deviations will be processed according to project procedures; maintain Deviation Control Log.

• Keep site management apprised of significant safety issues, safety alerts and plans/progress towards resolving issues and eliminating hazards.
• Advise site team of safety initiatives, issues, challenges, and incident investigations/follow-up.
• Communicate safety initiatives, achievements, experiences, and issues from other sites and projects with site team members and contractor/subcontractor safety advisors/management.
• Participate in investigation and follow-up of incidents/accidents; prepare notifications/reports for communication of significant incidents to company project/functional management per project incident reporting procedures and matrix.
• Coach and advise contractor/subcontractor safety professionals/management in incident investigation documentation, reporting, and follow-up, including root cause analysis and case management.

Responsible for ensuring that all materials management needs of the project are identified and addressed to meet project objectives and schedule. This person is the Single Point of Contact within the Project Team for integrated logistics support of Contractors Construction organization. The activities that support this function are as follows:
1. Freight Forwarding
2. Customs Clearance
3. Site Infrastructure/Logistics in Host Country
4. Materials Management
• FREIGHT FORWARDING:
1. Identify and monitor Contractors Freight Forwarding Requirements.
2. Identify and optimize cargo routings.
3. Validate freight forwarding agreement invoices against goods received.
4. Monitor Key Performance Indicators for freight forwarding service providers.
5. Review and approve EPC Logistics Plans.
• CUSTOMS CLEARANCE:
1. Monitor Contractors Customs Clearance processes and provide updates to Project Management.
• SITE INFRASTRUCTURE/LOGISTICS IN HOST COUNTRY:
1. Review Contractors Logistics Strategy.
2. Receiving, warehousing and issuance of material.
3. Sequencing of Spare Parts – Commissioning and 2 year Operating.

• Identifying, categorizing, and processing document types in accordance with project procedures.
• Using excel worksheets for logging, tracking transmittals from contractor to EMDC, equipment suppliers, Contractor to Cepu project, and all outgoing transmittals.

• Filing originals in accordance with proper file code assignment and maintaining files.

• Gain alignment with the Project Team on project contract administration needs, objectives and requirement
- Develop a Contract Administration Plan.

- Coordinate external kick-off meeting with company and contractor personnel to review the coordination procedures, contract deliverables, change order process and business practices.

• Develop and execute administrative processes that advance the project s procedures, goals and objectives.
- Monitor the approval process and verify compliance with invoicing and payment process.
- Coordinate the Change Control Process, including : Amendments, Change Orders and other changes.
- Timely and carefully monitoring of compliances with Liquidated Damages contract terms.
- Coordinate the resolution of Contractor claims.
- Coordinate the issue of any notice or suspension, cancellation, and/ or termination in line with contract terms.
- Coordinate the preparation and issue of Milestone Completion Notice, Turnover Notices and the Acceptance Notice in accordance with the contract and approval process/ procedures.
- Develop and administer any Performance Incentive Plan.
• Communicate with Project Team on project contract administration & sub contracting activities, progress and issues,
- Maintain close liaison with appropriate members of Project Team (Engineering, Subcontracting, Construction QA, SHE) during execution.
- Advice PMT of contract administration and subcontracting issues and steps being taken to mitigate consequences.
- Participate in Project Team weekly/ monthly meeting with Contractor.
- Capture and communicate contract administration and subcontracting lessons learned for the project.
• Maintain communication with Contracts Administration manager and contribute to functional excellence
- Stay abreast of update to internal procedures and PTK-007
- Participate in functional sponsored/ required training, matrix meeting, and other Procurement events.
- Coordinate Contract Administration Activities Reviews with and submit CA activity reports to Contracts Administration Manager.
- Mentor junior Contract Administrators, as required.
• Manage the Contract Close-Out Activity
- Establish a close out agreement with Contractor (settlement of any outstanding items).
- Verify and agree on final invoice, including release of retention, if any.
- List and agree on contract s surviving claims.
- Resolve all contracting-related claims.
- Ensure orderly turnover of project (with regards to contracting) to the operating organization.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
• 5 years of Procurement experiences.
• Intermediate to Expert Contracting Skills.
• Experience in Construction, Maintenance, Drilling or Production Service Contracting.
• Strong analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
• BAIBS Preferred.
• Upstream experience would be very beneficial but not required.
14. REGULATORY & PERMIT SITE SUPPORT (CP-14)
RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES
• Represents the project as a member of the Export System Project Team.
• Stewards the Export System regulatory process – liaise, coordinate, prepare, and submit the applications and documents to obtain the required permits
o Liaise with Central, Provincial and Regency government regulators to obtain the necessary permits for smooth construction of the export system.
o Liaise / Coordinate Contractor regulatory staff and other groups as required to develop the application and obtain the required permits.
o Monitor and ensure Contractor obtains permits required for execution of the contract work (e.g. Contractors camp building permits, DEPNAKER).
o Develop Company regulatory database (REGFRAME) for monitoring of regulatory compliance and develop / provide such as a handover document to operations.
• Interface with the other functional groups on regulations/permits regarding safety and security and Support other functional groups (e.g. Environmental, Public and Government Affairs, and Land) in communication with regulators to satisfy Legal requirements.
• Identify potential execution issues related to Company and / or Contractor s permitting activities and develop mitigation plans as required.
• Obtain Functional guidance on and input to Company Lessons Learn and Best Practices.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:
• BS degree in Law, Engineering or other related field.
• 5-10 years experience in Regulatory discipline within the Oil and Gas Industry or related industries (e.g. infrastructure construction, mining); preferably involved with pipeline projects.
• Ability to effectively communicate in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong organization and planning skills.
• Knowledge of regulators and governmental agencies applicable to the project scope/area is a plus.
15. PROJECT SCHEDULE ENGINEER (CP-015)
RESPONSIBILITY AND DUTIES:
• Overall control on review of different levels of schedules presented by EPC Contractor.
• Review Contractor s Project Control Procedures to ensure that Company s requirements are met.
• Review Contractor s Progress reports for accuracy of progress measurement.
• Prepare and compile Monthly Progress report for submission to PCL, PM, and Project Controls Home Office Support Group.
• Work with the Project Control Lead for day-to-day project control activities like preparation of manpower forecasts, various reports and presentations to PM, and Project Controls Home Office Support Group.
• Independently prepare schedules using ExxonMobil tools and/or third-party data.
• Prepare planning & schedule input to Estimate Confidence Packages and Project Plans for Classified Estimates.
• Steward EPC schedule through Development and Execution.
• Generate schedule reports for various EPC components (long lead equipment, tab yard preparation, etc).
• Able to participate in reviews / analysis of classified schedules.
• Identifies vulnerabilities and formulates appropriate mitigation plans.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
• Bachelor/Master of Science in Engineering.
• Good written and oral communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
• Work closely with PT, PJIT, DJ-MIGAS, EPC Contractor and subcontractors to develop DJ-MIGAS and PJIT inspection, witness and hold points on Inspection and Test Plan (ITP)
• Ensure that all equipment and facilities requiring SKPP, SKKP or SKPI are certified by DJ-MIGAS
• Obtain all required technical data to be reviewed by PJIT from EPC and PT and ensure that PJIT receives the data on timely manner
• Develop DJ-MIGAS inspection schedule and arrange DJ-MIGAS and BPMIGAS (if required) visits for all DJ-MIGAS and PJIT inspection, witness and hold points
• Prepare invitation letter to DJ_MIGAS and BPMIGAS to witness FAT, hydro test, SAT, commissioning/start-up, site inspection, etc.
• Accompany DJ-MIGAS, BPMIGAS and PJIT to witness FAT, hydro test, SAT, start-up/commissioning and other inspections. Ensure Berita Acara/Inspection Report is prepared for each inspection/visit and all findings are recorded and reported
• Develop and manage Berita Acara/Inspection Report spreadsheet and expedite the closure of findings
• Review databook for SKPP, SKKP, and SPKI with PT and PJIT for timely submission to DJ-MIGAS
• Prepare any required presentation to DJ-MIGAS and BPMIGAS related to DJ-MIGAS inspection
• Other non-routine work in Quality as requested by Supervisor
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCES:
• BS in Mechanical Engineering is preferred, or an extensive degree of technical training and experience in the field of Quality inspection or DJ-MIGAS certification
• Working knowledge of DJ-MIGAS Regulations and other Government of Indonesian Regulations required to obtain SKPP, SKKP and SKPI certificates of worthiness

Kemenangan Sata juga membawa inspirasi bagi siapapun yang menaruh cita-cita setinggi langit. Sebelum sukses menjadi politisi, dan kini tampil sebagai presiden terpilih, Sata melakoni beragam profesi - mulai dari polisi, aktivis serikat, bahkan menjadi petugas kebersihan. Harian Inggris, The Telegraph, mengabarkan bahwa Sata rutin menyapu stasiun kereta Victoria di London tatkala menuntut ilmu di sana.

Sata pun bermental baja. Kalah dari Presiden saat ini, Rupiah Banda, pada pemilu 2008 lalu, hanya dengan selisih 2 persen dari total jumlah suara, Sata tidak menyerah. Tak puas hanya menjadi pemimpin oposisi di parlemen, dia lalu maju lagi pada Pemilu 2011 dan kali ini hasilnya tidak sia-sia. Menurut kantor berita Reuters, 23 September 2011, Mahkamah Agung mensahkan Sata sebagai pemenang pemilu pada Jumat pagi waktu setempat. Sata langsung dilantik pada hari itu juga. Dia berhasil mengalahkan Banda. Keunggulan Sata atas Banda relatif tipis. Dari 95,3 persen kertas suara yang telah dihitung, Sata meraih dukungan 1.150.045 suara, sedangkan Banda 961.796. Sata dikenal pendukungnya dengan julukan Raja Kobra, mengingat dia sangat kritis. Dia pun suka bicara ceplas-ceplos dan sering melontarkan lelucon. Politisi berusia 74 tahun itu terang-terangan menolak dominasi perusahaan-perusahaan tambang asing, terutama dari China, di negaranya. Dia juga tidak surut mengritik ketidakbecusan pemerintah saat ini dalam menata ekonomi dan menegakkan hukum. Dalam suatu kampanye, Sata menyatakan dia bakal membersihkan Zambia dari sampah-sampah korupsi. Dia ingin membersihkan semua kotoran itu segiat saat dia masih menjadi tukang sapu di Stasiun Victoria, London. "Saya tidak pernah mengeluh apa yang saya kerjakan. Di masa muda, Sata pernah menimba ilmu politik di London. Namun, untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hidup, dia bekerja sebagai petugas kebersihan untuk perusahaan British Rail. Tidak disebutkan secara jelas berapa lama Sata merantau di Inggris dan di universitas mana dia belajar. Menurut Voice of America, Sata juga pernah berkarir jadi petugas serikat dagang dan polisi sebelum masuk ke gelanggang politik di awal dekade 1960an. Ketika masih menjadi koloni Inggris, Zambia saat itu masih bernama Northern Rhodesia. Karir Sata di politik pun meningkat. Dia sempat menjadi Menteri Kesehatan dan Menteri Tenaga Kerja sebelum akhirnya keluar dari partai yang berkuasa dan membentuk partai sendiri bernama Fron Patriotik. Selain bertekad menegakkan hukum yang bersih, Sata pun berjanji tidak akan minum air kemasan hingga "semua rakyat Zambia punya hak yang sama atas akses air bersih." Janji itu dimuat dalam laman Partai Fron Patriotik yang dipimpin Sata. Pemerintahan Lemah Kaya akan tembaga, Zambia masih berstatus negara Afrika yang melarat. Itulah sebabnya Sata terus mengritik Presiden Banda yang selama ini lemah terhadap investor asing dan korupsi sembari membiarkan banyak warga yang masih miskin. Perusahaan-perusahaan tambang asal China merupakan investor asing utama bagi Zambia. Menurut data Kedutaan Besar China di Zambia, yang dikutip harian The Guardian, investasi mereka di negeri itu hingga akhir 2010 mencapai US$2 miliar. Pemerintahan Presiden Banda bangga bahwa para investor menciptakan banyak lapangan kerja. Namun, Sata menyatakan bahwa perusahaan-perusahaan asing itu justru menciptakan sistem perbudakan baru, dengan mempekerjakan warga lokal dengan kondisi yang tidak layak dan mengacuhkan budaya setempat. Sata pun pernah mengancam bakal mengusir para investor China dari tambang-tambang di Zambia setelah muncul kasus para manajer asing memperlakukan pekerja lokal dengan semena-mena. Menurut harian The Wall Street Journal, sedikitnya ada dua kasus manajer tambang asal China menembaki para pekerja yang menggelar aksi protes. Sata menegaskan dia tidak anti investor asing. "Mereka tetap penting bagi Zambia dan kami terus menyambut mereka. Namun mereka juga harus menghormati hukum tenaga kerja di sini," kata Sata. Sebagai pesaing utama Sata, Presiden Banda saat berkampanye mengagung-agungkan pesatnya pertumbuhan ekonomi Zambia. Tahun lalu, pertumbuhan ekonomi sebesar 7,6 persen dan tahun sebelumnya 6,4 persen. Bagi IMF, Zambia merupakan negara yang memiliki pertumbuhan ekonomi terpesat di Afrika. Pertumbuhan ekonomi itu didorong oleh naiknya harga tembaga di bursa internasional dan derasnya investasi asal China di sektor sumber daya alam itu. Zambia dikenal sebagai pemilik tambang tembaga terbesar di Afrika dan masuk dalam daftar 10 Besar di dunia, demikian menurut laman harian Mail and Guardian. Banda dan partainya, Gerakan untuk Demokrasi Multipartai (MMD), juga menonjolkan kebanggan bahwa selama 20 tahun memerintah mereka juga berhasil menciptakan lapangan kerja bagi banyak warga. "Dari MMD, kalian menikmati pertumbuhan ekonomi yang lebih besar, lebih banyak investasi yang masuk, dan lebih banyak pekerjaan bagi kaum muda," kata Banda dalam kampanye pemilu hari terakhir pada 17 September 2011. Angka-angka pertumbuhan ekonomi yang menjadi andalan kampanye Banda itu memang fantastis. Namun, partai pendukung Sata menyatakan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi negeri mereka selama ini tidak dinikmati sebagian besar rakyat. Mayoritas warga di Zambia bahkan sulit membeli kebutuhan pokok dan makanan yang layak bagi keluarga mereka. Itulah sebabnya Sata berencana untuk menambah pendapatan dari pajak pertambangan sekaligus mengurangi ketergantungan akan bantuan asing. Menurut Sata, Zambia selama diperintah Banda lebih banyak mendukung investor asing ketimbang rakyat sendiri. Presiden Banda memangkas 25 persen pajak keuntungan korporat di sektor pertambangan. Kebijakan itu memang membuat senang para investor namun menyia-nyiakan ratusan juta dolar yang seharusnya bisa masuk ke kas negara dari pendapatan pajak korporat. Di sisi lain, rakyat di negeri yang kaya akan tembaga itu masih saja susah. Menurut data dari Mail&Guardian, sekitar 64 persen dari 12,9 juta rakyat Zambia masih hidup dengan pendapatan kurang dari US$2 (sekitar Rp18.000) per hari. Presiden Banda pun dituding berkompromi dengan korupsi dan tidak meneruskan gerakan anti suap yang pernah dirintis pendahulunya, mendiang Presiden Levy Mwanawasa. Buktinya, pemerintahan Banda menolak banding atas sidang pengadilan kepada mantan Presiden Frederick Chiluba, yang divonis bebas atas kasus korupsi sebesar US$500.000 selama memerintah 1991-2002. Bahkan Banda memecat Ketua Gugus Tugas Anti Korupsi, Max Nkole, yang berupaya mengajukan banding atas vonis Chiluba. Belakangan, gugus tugas itu akhirnya juga dibubarkan. Kelemahan rezim lama itulah yang menjadi bulan-bulanan tim kampanye Sata. Itulah sebabnya kalangan pengamat politik di Zambia menilai Sata "berbicara apa yang ingin rakyat dengar." Para pendukung Sata bersuka cita merayakan kemenangan pemimpin mereka di Ibukota Lusaka. Mereka bernyanyi dan bersorak gembira begitu Sata dinyatakan sebagai pemenang pemilu. "Pada akhirnya keinginan rakyat telah dihormati. Rakyat ingin perubahan," kata seorang pedagang asongan, Peter Musonda, kepada Reuters. Kini, rakyat Zambia tidak hanya menunggu kata-kata tajam si Raja Kobra, namun juga berharap pemimpin baru itu segera menepati janji-janjinya begitu menjadi presiden. "Ada banyak harapan dan bila dia tidak memenuhinya banyak warga akan kecewa," kata seorang supir taksi bernama Francis Musonda, juga kepada Reuters. "Namun dia adalah orang yang benar-benar kerja dan saya percaya kepada beliau," lanjut Musonda.

"Wanita Ajaib", Dihantam Granat Aktif Menembus Rahang Masih Bisa Selamat

Aneh Bin Ajaib .Wanita Ajaib Tidak ada angin dan hujan, sebuah granat tiba-tiba bersarang di wajah seorang wanita di Culiacan, negara bagian Sinaloa, Meksiko. Namun, setelah menjalani operasi, wanita ini bisa selamat. Tidak berlebihan jika warga Meksiko menyebutnya "wanita ajaib."

Dilansir dari laman Daily Mail, Kamis 29 September 2011, kisah ajaib wanita bernama Karla Flores ini dimulai ketika satu hari dia sedang berjualan ikan di jalan. Flores mengaku mendengar suara keras dan sesuatu menghantam wajahnya, membuatnya terhempas. Wajahnya panas dan berdarah, dia lalu pingsan.

Wanita 32 tahun ini lalu terbangun di rumah sakit Culiacan dengan wajah kaku. "Dokter bertanya pada saya, apa yang terjadi. Saya bilang, saya dihantam batu," kata Flores.

Namun, bukan batu yang ditemukan oleh para dokter. "Para dokter mulai mencari tahu dan menemukan bahwa itu semacam proyektil, namun mereka tidak tahu benda apa itu," ujar Flores lagi.

Penemuan para dokter pemeriksaan sinar X sungguh mengejutkan. Benda yang awalnya dikira batu ternyata adalah sebuah granat aktif, tersangkut antara rahang atas dan bawah. Rupanya granat itu ditembakkan menggunakan sebuah pelontar granat. Ketika menghantam wajar Flores, granat tidak meledak, malah tersangkut.

Jika meledak, granat pada muka Flores dapat menghancurkan semuanya dalam radius sembilan meter. Rumah sakit tersebut langsung mengevakuasi para pasien dan mengisolasi Flores. Tidak ada dokter yang berani melakukan operasi pengangkatan granat, sampai akhirnya seorang dokter pemberani, Gaxiola Meza, menawarkan diri.

Selain Meza, empat orang lainnya turun tangan,yaitu dua ahli anastesi, seorang dokter dan seorang perawat. Mereka juga didampingi oleh ahli bahan peledak dari militer Meksiko. Karla tidak dioperasi di ruang operasi, melainkan di lapangan terbuka, untuk menghindari kemungkinan terburuk.

Flores hanya diberikan bius lokal dan selang dimasukkan ke leher untuk bernafas. Para dokter dan perawat yang mengenakan pakaian baja pelindung akhirnya dapat mengangkat granat tersebut setelah empat jam.

Flores kehilangan setengah dari gigi-giginya, di pipinya juga terlihat bekas luka yang besar. Dokter telah menjadwalkan operasi-operasi berikutnya selama tiga tahun ke depan. Kendati wajahnya rusak, Flores bersyukur dapat hidup. Dia kini dijuluki "wanita ajaib" oleh warga kotanya.

Wilayah Culiacan seperti sebagian kota di Meksiko sarat dengan peperangan antar kartel narkoba. Ribuan orang telah tewas sejak 2008. Kepolisian Meksiko juga kebanyakan lumpuh karena takut akan kekejaman para kartel. Tidak jarang, anggota polisi ditemukan terpotong-potong tidak bernyawa, dibunuh oleh geng narkoba.

Banyak sebenarnya yang dapat kita lihat di sekitar kita, bagaimana sulitnya menyatukan 2 hati dan pemikiran yang berbeda, dalam satu hubungan PACARAN. Ada hubungan yang berumur bisa sampai 2 atau bahkan 5 tahun, atau bahkan hanya berumur beberapa minggu. Apakah penyebabnya ?

1. JANGAN TERLALU BAIK
See, dari kebanyakan cowo saat PDKT atau pacaran, saya melihat seakan mereka berusaha menjadi yang TERBAIK bagi si cewe. Entah itu jadi supir, membelikan ini itu, siap sedia saat diminta, dll. Well, nda ada salahnya memang dengan berbuat baik gan, namun perlu dicermati, agan boleh saja baik kepadanya, namun JANGAN TERLALU BAIK.

Menjadi terlalu baik pada saat PDKT atau pacaran, akan menjadi bumerang yang sangat mematikan. Mengapa ?

Karena seseorang yang terlalu baik, justru menimbulkan rasa sungkan di pihak cewe nya. Apalagi kalo si cewe blm ada rasa spesial sama kamu.

Nda percaya ? Tanyakan kepada wanita yang terdekat disampingmu gan !

2. BERI KELONGGARAN
Pernah melarang cewe agan melakukan ini dan itu ? Atau mungkin tidak diperbolehkan bermain bersama teman-teman cowo nya ? Atau mungkin agan marah saat dia ingin ditemui oleh mantan nya =D

Perlu di sadari bro, saat masa pacaran, dia baru berupa PACAR kamu, bukan istri kamu. Ini adalah kesalahan yang banyak dilakukan oleh cowo yang masih Labil ( walau kadang juga dilakukan oleh pria dewasa ).

Ini cuman boleh dilakukan oleh ABG ababil gan. Agan adalah pria dewasa. Hal-hal seperti ini, seharusnya tidak SEMPAT terpikirkan oleh agan, karena agan memiliki hidup yang lebih menarik, daripada memikirkan apa yang dilakukan sang pacar.
